Service Delivery Delays: If the agreed-upon services were not completed within the specified project deadline (e.g., within 15 days for the "Digital Launchpad Pack") as outlined in your agreement, and this delay was solely due to Trebl Media's fault. We understand that time is valuable, and we always strive to meet our commitments.

Service Discrepancy: If the delivered services significantly deviate from the agreed-upon scope or your explicit requests as documented in our initial agreement or formal communications. We encourage open communication and active participation in our review and revision process to ensure the final output perfectly aligns with your vision.
2. Important notes for Refund

All refund requests must be submitted before the completion of all the services requested and as soon as the issue is discovered, allowing us the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Refunds will be processed after a thorough review of the claim and may be full or partial, depending on the extent of the unfulfilled service or discrepancy. Our primary goal is always to find a fair and mutually agreeable resolution.

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

No refunds will be provided for a simple change of mind, shifts in business strategy, or circumstances beyond Trebl Media's control, after services have commenced or been delivered according to the agreed-upon terms.

For ongoing subscription services, refunds are generally not offered for partial months of service already rendered. Your cancellation will effectively prevent future billing, and you will retain service access until the end of the current paid period.
