Welcome to Trebl Media's (Trebl LLC's) Terms of Service. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of Trebl Media's services. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.1 Content Ownership & Use

New content or intellectual property created by Trebl Media (Trebl LLC) specifically for your company (the "Client") will be owned by the Client upon full payment for the services.

However, Trebl Media (Trebl LLC) retains the right to use this content in its portfolio and promotional materials (e.g., website, social media, case studies) solely for the purpose of showcasing Trebl Media's services. We will notify the Client before posting or publishing any such content. This promotional use will never be intended to damage or endanger the Client's image or reputation.

If any of these terms regarding content use are violated, the Client can request the content to be taken down, and Trebl Media will comply promptly.

1.2 Engagement and Results

Trebl Media (Trebl LLC) commits to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. While we provide expert strategies and execution, we cannot guarantee specific amounts of engagement, leads, or sales, as these outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including your products/services, market conditions, and client's adherence to recommendations.

Trebl Media (Trebl LLC) does guarantee to make a good-faith effort to improve metrics such as social media followers, likes, comments, website traffic, search engine ranking, or bookings. Please note that our ability to achieve optimal results is significantly dependent on the Client's timely provision of necessary information and adherence to our instructions or best practices during the service period. Our guarantee is an effort to improve, not a guarantee of a specific number unless explicitly stated in a separate, written agreement.

1.3 Payment Schedule

  • Service Commencement: Services will begin promptly upon Trebl Media's receipt of your Initial Payment and all necessary requested service information from the Client.

  • Recurring Payments: For monthly or weekly services, subsequent payments will be due on or around the same day of the month/week as your Initial Payment.

  • Payment Method: All payments must be made via bank transfer through our website only.

  • Invoicing & Receipts: Invoices will be sent upon request, and receipts will be automatically sent after each successful payment is processed.

1.4 Delayed Payment

We understand that sometimes delays can occur. If any payment is delayed by 7 days or more, work on ongoing services such as social media management, website management, and profile updates will be temporarily suspended. Work will resume once the outstanding payment is fully received, unless a prior written agreement for an extension has been made between both parties.

1.5 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2.5 Data Deletion

All client data stored within Trebl Media’s (Trebl LLC) system can be deleted upon the Client’s request, subject to any legal or record-keeping obligations. Please note that data deletion may affect your access to past services or information.

3.0 Refund Policy

At Trebl Media (Trebl LLC), we are genuinely committed to your complete satisfaction and the high quality of our work! This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered upon request and are subject to the following specific circumstances:

  • Service Delivery Delays: If the agreed-upon services were not completed within the specified project deadline (e.g., within 15 days for the "Digital Launchpad pack") as outlined in your agreement, and this delay was solely due to Trebl Media's fault. We understand that time is valuable, and we always strive to meet our commitments.

  • Service Discrepancy: If the delivered services significantly deviate from the agreed-upon scope or your explicit requests as documented in our initial agreement or formal communications. We encourage open communication and active participation in our review and revision process to ensure the final output perfectly aligns with your vision.

3.2 Important notes for Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted before the completion of all the services requested and as soon as the issue is discovered, allowing us the opportunity to rectify the situation.

  • Refunds will be processed after a thorough review of the claim and may be full or partial, depending on the extent of the unfulfilled service or discrepancy. Our primary goal is always to find a fair and mutually agreeable resolution.

  • Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • No refunds will be provided for a simple change of mind, shifts in business strategy, or circumstances beyond Trebl Media's control, after services have commenced or been delivered according to the agreed-upon terms.

  • For ongoing subscription services, refunds are generally not offered for partial months of service already rendered. Your cancellation will effectively prevent future billing, and you will retain service access until the end of the current paid period.

4.0 Cancellation Policy

At Trebl Media (Trebl LLC), we believe in flexibility and transparency regarding our services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process and implications of canceling your service plan or subscription with us.

4.1 Right to Cancel

You can cancel your plan or subscription at any time.

4.2 Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

All active services will conclude at the end of your current billing cycle. This means if you've paid for a full month of service, you'll retain access and benefit from the service until that month concludes. For specific project-based services, the conclusion of the service will follow the terms outlined in your particular project agreement.

To protect your privacy and ensure data security, all associated accounts, profiles, websites, and related information held within our system will be scheduled for deletion within 7-14 business days after your service concludes. We highly recommend that you download and back up any content, data, or files you wish to keep before canceling your service.

4.3 Refunds Upon Cancellation

  • For ongoing subscription services, refunds are generally not offered for partial months of service already rendered. Your cancellation will effectively prevent future billing, and you will retain service access until the end of the current paid period.
